My Daddy

I need to stop for a second boys and girls, and pat myself on the back for making my daddy the man he is today. Today is a special day, father's day. Now my daddy is a full time daddy, not a baby daddy like mommy sees at work all the time. He is so good at dancing with me, feeding me, and I always save my stinkiest diapers just for him to let him know how much I appreciate him. I am soooo lucky to have such a good daddy. But let's face it, he's lucky to have me! Who wouldn't be lucky to have such a super duper celebrity for a son???? You know, fathers are very important people to us kids. They play such an integral role in helping us become better people. I hope all of you out there appreciate your daddy as much as I appreciate mine. Mommy and I made his day very special....first we went to our favorite breakfast spot, then went to check out a new mansion. When we got home mommy was so pooped she decided the best gift she could give daddy was for her to take a nap! I kept daddy busy by talking his ear off the whole time though. We had a very special dinner at Chez Nicole and daddy and I even dressed alike for the occassion. Go Phillies! #Even moo showed daddy how much he loved him by rubbing his fat self all over daddy's face and gave him super stinky fish kisses. Well boys and girls, I'm going to wind down for the night and spend some much needed face time with my daddy. Happy Father's Day to all you special daddy's out there. Hopefully you are lucky enough to have a real live hero living with you too! Daddy's rule! Peace, love, and good daddy's to all!

R.I.P. Mr. Oscar Puppykins

So I just wanted to take a minute to pay tribute to the best damn dog ever! Oscar, or as mommy calls him "bubby", was only with our family for a few short years. Daddy and mommy found him when he was all alone and scared. They brought him home and it was love at first sight. Oscar grew to be big and strong and was such a loyal, loveable beast. He was always quick to give a good puppy kiss, or a cuddle, and let's not forget his fabulous diva pose! He would sidle up to you and stick his little tush out so you could scratch his thigh. I could go on and on about his stories. Mommy and daddy loved him sooooooo much. Mommy loved him so much that she even dressed him up in silly outfits and cuddled with him every night until daddy came home. He was daddy's buddy too. Always there to get a good ear rub from daddy. I never got to meet him in person though because he got very sick and went away right after mommy found out I was a little ball of cells in her uterus. I am however, very lucky to see Oscar every night. He is such a special dog, he comes to visit me in my sleep to play and watch over me. I get a nice face bath with lots of puppy kisses every night and he even tries to knock me over with his silly diva pose! Everyone should be so lucky to have a best buddy and bodyguard like Oscar. Not that moo isn't a good bodyguard, but let's face it, I am the luckiest dude in the world to have two bodyguards......one to watch over me when I'm awake and one for when I'm asleep. Oscar even lets me play with his beloved Elsie, the stuffed elephant. Well boys and girls, if you are lucky enough in this life, you will have a good friend and bodyguard just like Oscar. So Oscar my dear buddy, I can't wait to see you tonight when I go to sleep. Mommy and daddy miss you and love you. Peace, love, and good bubby's to all!

So YOU Think You Can Dance? Well I KNOW I can!

I just have to jump up on my soapbox here for a minute. I gotta say that none of the dancers on this years SYTYCD can hold a candle even remotely close to me. I bet, no strike that, I can pretty much guarantee that I am the best dancer on the planet right now. I mean I taught Mia Michaels everything there is to know about Contemporary Dance. I even have 2 patented signature moves; the Bowing Turkey, and Frogger crossing the Highway. I'm sorry that I'm venting, but SYTYCD was on TV and I just couldn't stand it. Well I'm going to crash for the night, Peace Love and Poppin & Lockin!

They're GRRRRRRREAT!!!!

Today Daddy and I took a road trip down to the Shore to meet Pop Pop at Great Grammom and Great Aunt Ruth's house. This was a very special private performance for Great Grammom and Great Aunt Ruth, and they were so excited and happy to see me. After the performance we decided to go to Great Grammoms (GG for short) favourite restaurant, so GG hopped on her super tricked out custom chopper and we followed behind in my sports car. Not many people know this, but GG is a founding member of S.S.C.C (Seaside Senior Chopper Club) and is an amazing rider, she's even been known to take her Chopper off-roading sometimes. After lunch we took a ride on the Boardwalk and Daddy and I even went on a Safari with all sorts of wild animals. A fun day was had by all. I look forward to spending some more time with GG and GAR,

Here's to Anniversaries and... weird presents??!

Today marks the Anniversary of a very special day...the day I FINALLY got settled into my Bachelor Pad. It also marks the Anniversary of the day that Mommy gave Daddy a very strange gift, in fact it is by far the strangest gift I've ever heard of. One year ago today Mommy gave Daddy...wait for it... a stick that she PEED on!!!!! Now I don't know about you, but I don't think I would ever want a stick that someone peed on, no matter how much I loved them, but Daddy was so excited and so happy that he cried. I guess it goes to show you that one mans trash truely is another mans treasure. Well I'm going to run now, I have reservations at Chez Nicole, but join me in wishing Mommy and Daddy a Happy (strange) Anniversary! Peace, Love, and Sticks with Pee on them!

A little broken promise...but it's OK!

So I promised Daddy that I wouldn't post this because he is very shy about it, but I had to post it since I posted the letter Mommy wrote me the other day. Daddy wrote his letter a couple of months ago and I've been keeping it under wraps, but now is the time to share it with the world:
AJ (my Bean),
When you were in your Mommy's belly I was so scared that I wouldn't know want to do, or that I wouldn't be a good Daddy, but the second they put you in my arms I wasn't scared anymore. I love you more than anything in the world (except Mommy, you're tied with her) and I wanted to tell you a few things:
1) You can always talk to me about anything, you never need to be scared.
2) I may yell sometimes, but remember I love you no matter what.
3) Never be afraid to tell the truth, it's better to tell the truth and deal with the consequences than to lie and have things get worse (I know this from lots of experience).
4) Always be yourself, if someone can't accept you for who you are they don't deserve to know you.
5) Always stand up for for what you believe in, no matter the consequences.
6) Never just settle, always go for what you want.
7) Never do something just because it is the popular thing to do, do it because you want to.
8) Always talk to the girl that you want to, if she turns you down she'll never know what she is missing out on.
9) Never second guess your decisions, if you decide you want to do something, do it.
10) Don't use a credit card to buy something unless you can pay it off right away (Trust me on this one).
11) Never dwell on the past, you can't change it, but you can make sure you don't make the same mistake again.
These are just a few things I've learned before you were born, we have a long journey ahead of us and I'm sure we'll learn a lot more together along the way. I can't wait to teach you all the things I know that I couldn't write in this letter. I love you!

My Mommy!

So I stumbled across the most awesome letter today that mommy wrote me and I just wanted to share it with the world. I even got a little weepy.....

My dear Mister,

When I look at you I see all of the best parts of daddy and me. When you were growing inside my belly I was so scared that I wouldn't be able to take care of you and love you but the minute I saw you all of my fears were erased. At that moment, I knew I could never love anything else as much as I love you. You are by far my greatest achievement. Everything else in my life has paled in comparison. Over the past few months I have watched you grow into this amazing little person. Every day you grow and change and I feel so very blessed that I get to be a part of that. I can't wait to see the man you will one day become. There are so many life lessons I want to impart to you:

1. don't ever apologive for who you are, for you are special and unique

2. always tell those you love that you do love them but more importantly, SHOW them

3. make sure to take risks but be careful about what risks you take

4. tread carefully on another's heart and remember that its never ok to toy with another's emotions

5. treat everyone as you would like to be treated

6. stand up for what you believe in and help those less fortunate than you

7. don't go through life constantly wishing for more because you will surely miss the blessings that are already in your life

There is so much more but we have time for that. Always know that I love you. I will be the best mother I can for you. Be patient with me, I'll try not to make too many mistakes with you. Just know that everything I do, I do for you and our family. I love you soooooo very much.

Your Mommy

- Isn't that mommy person swell???? She loooooves me, she wants to huuuuug me, she wants to kiiiiiiis me. Ok I just watched Ms. Congeniality and had to pull that line.....anyway, back to this mommy person. She just made me so happy I couldn't stop smiling, even while I was eating. I hope all of you appreciate your mommy's like I appreciate mine. Go on, tell 'em so! I'm gonna go finish my dinner and have some dancing with mommy before I pass out. Peace, love and good momma's to all!

Well I guess that means I can make it anywhere!

Yesterday I had my big debut in New York City and it went off without a hitch! We started off by taking a ride in this really weird giant Silver Snake that went really fast. I thought I was in luck and would be able to get a little snack at Chez Nicole, but it was just a copycat restaurant so I didn't even bother ordering anything. After we got in to NYC we jumped into another Snake that was similar to the other one but this one was underground. We went do FCI where Daddy works and all the Chefs loved me so much that they gave me a job right on the spot. I declined the job because the hat looks a little silly on me and really messes up my hair. I put on a show for some of the students and they really loved me. That's all for right now, I have to run! Peace, Love, and Silly Hats!

Busy Bean!!

I have been ultra busy lately! Last weekend was crazy! First we got up ultra early and had to get on the road to head to PA for Catey's dance recital. The drive down was a little challenging because Daddy had some problems with the Limo. Daddy pulled over and jumped out to fix it, but he wasn't able to, so I jumped out and was able to fix it a little just so we didn't die on the side of the road. What can I say I'm a Renaissance type of guy so I can do pretty much anything. After we got that problem taken care we were back on the road and got to Catey's recital just in time. She looked so pretty and danced so well that the crowd went wild and was chanting her name. After the recital we had a quick lunch at Red Robin which was fun, but Mommy was upset because that is here favourite restaurant and we went without her. After lunch we headed over to watch Catey play some softball, she's a great player and will make it to the World Series in no time. We couldn't stay for the whole game because Daddy and I needed to get back on the road and hightail it back to Jersey to meet Mommy. We got out best digs on and headed up to Newark to a very fancy hotel to attend the Graduation of Mommy's WISE woman. The Graduation was really nice and we are very proud of Mommy's graduates, but I stole the spotlight. People were lining up to see me and get an autograph! We topped of the weekend with my photoshoot for the NYFD Buff Bods Calender cover, look for it when it comes out the January. Well that's it for now I'll see all of you soon.
