Merry Christmas

I hope everyone had a very wonderful Christmas! I know I did, we started partying on Chistmas Eve by going out to dinner with the Viti clan, where I was the life of the party and I decided to break out the infamous Napkin head. After dinner Grandmom and Uncle Jimmy came back to the Mansion with us and I turned in early like all good boys do before Chrismas. Now I've always known I'm pretty good, but I didn't realize just how good I am until Christmas Day. Mommy told me that there was a big Celebrity coming and that if I was good he'd bring me presents, and man did he bring me presents!!!!!! First when I crawled out into the living room (I was a little beat from partying hard the night before) I found it packed from corner to corner with stuff for me. There was everything from a Shopping Cart for me to fill at a shopping spree in the store of my choice to my very own Lion (kinda makes your tigers seem kinda wussy doesn't it Sigfried & Roy?)!!! I don't usually like to share the spot light, but this Santa Guy is OK so I think I can step to the side for a little bit once a year. Christmas Day just got better and better, when I go to Mom Mom and Pop Pop's house, it turns out that Santa made a stop there as well and left another mountain of stuff there as well. We partied some more and I was doing fine until.....eggnog! If there is something that can make you lose all inhibitions it's eggnog. I started putting funny things on my head and then the next thing I know I'm doing a strip tease for all the ladies. Oh well you know what they say; What happens at Mom Mom's stays at Mom Mom's. Vancouver Here I Come!!!!!

Hey everybody how are you? We had our first big snow storm of the year and we got a whopping 14 inches!!!! The snow started Saturday afternoon and went all night, unfortunately Daddy still had to go to work so he left work early and made the awful trek back home. He made it back safe and sound so we were all very happy for that. When we woke up Sunday Daddy cooked a very nice breakfast for us and still had my favourites delivered in from Chez Nicole, and then went out to dig out the cars. I went out and helped him for a little bit, but then I had to go get ready for some runs down at the Bobsled track. What?! I didn't tell you?! I've been selected to represent the USA in the solo Bobsled at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver! Even though I've never done the Bobsled before, the coaches new I would be the best chance for the USA to win Gold. They had a custom Bobsled made for me as well as some custom racing suits and helmets. I am so honored to represent the USA and I have been training really hard and have watched Cool Running over and over to really learn the subtle nuances of the sport. I've Been Good All Year!!!!

So mommy keeps telling me that there is going to be a celebrity bigger than myself visiting the mansion soon. Apparently he lives very far away and has little people working for him making toys (I thought they did away with child labor). Anyway, mommy said that this person is making a special appearance only I'm not allowed to be awake when he comes. I'm supposed to make him a snack for his travels and in return if I'm a good boy, he will leave me lots of presents. Its so nice to have adoring fans from all over the globe, even those that come from weird places like the North Pole. I know for a fact I am going to get TONS of presents....I am such a good boy and too darn cute for words. How can someone not give me presents???? I just don't know if I can handle having a celebrity out there who is bigger than moi. That's a little bit of a weird concept. So.....Santa Claus, I can't wait to see what's in store in just 11 more days. I will keep being the bestest boy ever, and I'm going to make sure mommy and I get only the best snacks from Chez Nicole for you. Bring on the presents!!!!!!!

Don't Believe the Rumors

Being a huge Celebrity like I am brings certain difficulties that most people will never experience. I constantly have Paparazzi trying to get pictures of me in "awkward" situations, Tabloids trying to defame my character with made up stories, and all kinds of Stalkers doing who knows what just to get a glimse of me. Lately there has been a string of pictures and videos of me linked to the internet, some real and some just ridiculous. The most ridiculous one is a video of Elmo and I "fooling around" in bed. I assure you that video is completely falsified, Elmo and I are very good friends, and we are both deeply disturbed that someone thinks we would ever have that kind of relationship. He has Zoe and I have so many women coming after me that I can't even decide, and besides I'm way too busy to have a realtionship right now. The other two videos leaked to the internet are real, but really aren't as strange as they seem. One is of some training I've been doing for my role as an American Sumo Wrestler, and the other one is of an exercise I do to get myself ready for my many of appearances. Remember even though I am famous I am really just a down to Earth guy not really different from all of you, and all of those rumors out there are just that, rumors. Rest In Peace Great Grandma Drake

This has been a really rough week for the Drake clan. Great Grandma Drake passed away on Thanksgiving. I only got to know Great Grandma for a short period of time, but I know she loved me very much and I really loved her too. I'm very sad that she is gone, but I am very glad to have had her in my life no matter how short of a time she was there. We all miss her a lot, but she had a very important job to do. You see, my cousin Kayla Anne really wasn't digging her apartment too much and decided to break her lease really early. The only problem is her new apartment isn't finished being built yet, so Great Grandma is going to make sure she is OK until her new apartment is ready for her. Pop Pop also scared us this week by having to go to the hospital on Wednesday. He's OK, which is a good thing, becauseI'd really have to beat him up if he let anything bad happen to him. Well since we've had our quota of worrisome news this week I hope we only have good news from now on. As one chapter ends another begins...We miss you Great Grandma, Welcome to the family Kayla Anne, be careful Pop Pop, I love you all.

I'm Baaaaaack!!!!

I know, I know, I've really bean slacking on the post recently, but I have a good excuse....technical difficulties! I know that ranks right up there with "The dog ate my homework," but it's true. Mommy and Daddy said the computer had a cold or a virus or something like that so I couldn't put any post up. Now I didn't even know computers could get sick, but I guess Mommy and Daddy gave it some Nyquil or something because it is finally feeling better. Things have been really movin' and groovin' lately just like me. I'm really bulking up and am a whopping 18 pounds and 28 1/2" of sexiness. The ladies can't keep their hands off of me and I've had to resort to army crawling under tables and such just to keep from getting mauled. What's Up Buttercup????

So I know I have been a neglectful bean lately, but there has been oh so much going on in my world. We finally moved out of the tennement and into our new mansion. Whew, what a tough job that was but sooooo worth it. I am truly living like a rock star now. I have been modeling all the trendiest fall fashions lately and that has been keeping me busy. I'm still bulking up and learning to do all sorts of new things. I am going to be running around chasing after Moo before you know it. That's right ladies, lock your doors cause this loverman is going to come 'a chasing. My new digs are so sweet, I even have cushy carpeting to roll all around on. Mommy and daddy are sooo happy to be out of the old place, they have been working so hard to make this the ultimate bachelor pad for me. But hey, I'm worth the effort and hard work. I have been doing a lot of speaking engagements lately, I just have so much to say. I need to tell the world all of my stories. Mommy, Daddy, and I have all been sick with a nasty cold for a few weeks and that has put a damper on some of my personal appearances. We have even taken to calling the mansion "The Giant Germ Farm". Even poor Aunt Debbi caught our germs. We are all slowly on the mend though, so don't worry boys and girls, I will survive. Well, that's it for now, I'm going to go get my beauty sleep. Exercise, Exercise, We Must Do Our Exercise!!!

I just finished taping the pilot episode of my upcoming workout show "Working Out With The Bean" and I am very excited about it. I was approached a few weeks ago at one of my private events, and we just finished working out all the details, writing, and filming the first episode. Things have been so busy lately with all my events, the workout show, and with packing for the move into the new mansion. With all that craziness, unfortunately the blog had to suffer and I couldn't keep all my Beanaholics updated. After this weekend, I hope things will slow down and I'll be able to keep all my adoring fans informed. For now I hope you enjoy a little clip from the new show, and I'll talk to you all soon! Just call me Beancasso

I decided to take a shot at a new outlet for my creativity, painting! Of course I'm a master at it just like everything else I do, and my first 5 paintings are being displayed in an ultra exclusive gallery. My exhibit opened just a few days and I've already received some really huge offers for some of my pieces, but I don't think I'm going to sell them. I don't paint for profit, I paint because I want to share my creativity with everyone. Now I'm not going to go all black turtlenecks, berets, and bongos on ya, but I have taken to wearing a tie dye Onesy from time to time. Well this Bean has to go get ready for my 8:00 reservation at Chez Nicole. Stay tuned to see more of my art!

Getting Bigger Every Day

So things at my crib have been pretty interesting lately. I have been dining on the most interesting new creations at Chez Nicole. The chefs have been whipping up special treats for me, I am so lucky. My favorite seems to be the chicken with broth and sweet potatoes. Its sooooooo good I grunt while eating it if my personal feeder takes too long to feed me. I just can't get enough of that good, good food. You can see by the photos I've attached that I got so mad the other day, I took matters into my own hands and started feeding myself. It was soooo good that I even grabbed the bowl and was completely trashy by licking the bowl clean. It was at that exact moment the paparazzi got a glimpse and now its the national headline. Tis the life I lead. I can't help it, I'm adored and with adoration comes voyeurism. People loooove their celebrity citings.

Anyway....the rest of my weekend was great. I got a visit from one of my biggest groupies....Jessica. She is sooooooo into me. We partied so hard that I vomited all over her cool vintage Beatles shirt. She loves me so much she didn't even mind. That's the kind of chick I need in my life. Mommy and daddy have been busy preparing for the Great Migration to our new mansion. Mommy assures me that it is an even cooler mansion than we are in now. There will be lots of room to move and shake. All my favorite toys will be joining me too. Even Romeo, my bestest bodyguard is coming along. He'll have plenty of space to lay around and be fat which let's face it, is what he does best besides protecting me. I have been busy at my resort and have even been getting into some amateur modeling.....you can see the swanky outfits they have prepared for me to model and I think I even might get into leg modeling for ads since I have those super delicious gams (well, at least my mommy says so). I have even put in a sample picture to show the world this leggy specimen. I'm getting bigger every day boys and girls, so watch out! I just might fit in my clothes yet! Well, this little peanut is getting sleepy and needs his beauty rest. I'm working over time to stay in shape and just be the fabulous little raspberry blowing hunk that I am. Who Loves Ya Baby!

So it has come to my attention from my adoring fans that these blogs have gotten pretty thin. Lately I have been a super busy bean though. I have been going to my special day spa every day and the cougars are treating me really well. Those ladies loooooooove me. I have been going to see my personal trainer monthly and he told me I am bulking up to be a hottie. I am a whopping 13lbs 6oz and 26 in long. That's right ladies.....hide your daughters cause this bean is growing strong! Mommy and daddy have been busy working and taking care of me. Moo has been patrolling the neighborhood to make sure there are no paparazzi lurking around to take questionable photos of this celebrity. I have also started expressing my artistic talent at school. I am becoming a regular little Picasso. I have commissioned quite a few pieces that mommy calls my "refrigerator art series." So boys and girls, its not that I have forgotten all of you on my quest for greatness, I have just been too busy to write a lot. Just remember though, this boy loooooves his fans. Without my adoring fans, where would I be? Probably just another nameless bean but thanks to those who love me, I am already in the big time. Chez Nicole

I bet you're wondering why I haven't written about Chez Nicole in a couple of months. Well Chez Nicole has been closed so they could do a major remodel and with the remodel came a new menu. Unfortunately they took my favourite dish Latte du Mere off the menu, but they have replaced it with some really great dishes like Puree aux Haricots Vert, Puree aux Pommes, and Puree aux Banane. They even started a Charcuterie program that I tried for the first time today. I had the Rillettes aux Poulet avex Patate douce and I LOVED it, the flavours were very clean yet complex and the presentation was amazing. I can't wait to try the rest of the new dishes. Chez Nicole surprised me by honouring me as their best customer with my very own private table. They even had the Maitre'D carry me around for a tour. I really suggest that you try and get a reservation and try all the great new dishes, you won't be disappointed. That's it for now, I'm going to call it a night. Au revoir!

What's the Half Life of a Bean?

These past 6 months have flew by so quick and I can't believe it. I've been such a busy Bean that I decided to take a break from my super busy schedule and just hang out play some and take some naps. Sometimes when I take a nap in my hammock though I just can't get comfortable and end up flopping around like a fish until Mommy or Daddy take my into my room. Even though I've been taking it easy the past couple of weeks, I still find some time for photo shoots for the big Fashion Magazines. Strange Days

Sunday was probably the strangest day I've ever had. Mommy and Daddy got me up really early to start getting me ready for my "Christening", I had no idea what that meant, but I was about to find out. First Mommy gave me a bath, which now that I look back on things was kind of silly. Next Mommy put these funny white shoes on me, which was pretty weird because I don't usually wear shoes, and if I did wouldn't pick white ones. We drove over to St. Josephs Church where things really started to get weird. When we got to the Church Mommy and Daddy, get this, put me in a dress!!!!! At first I thought Mommy and Daddy were just playing around, but they weren't, they were going to leave me in it. They told me that it was a very special "Gown" that has been is Daddy's family for 96 years and that 28 other babies had worn it to their Christening. So there I am looking pretty silly in a "Gown" when all of my biggest fans started showing up. I felt a little embarrassed sitting there in a dress, but none of my adoring fans seemed to mind, and I thnk I even started a new trend because a few minutes later this guy named Deacon Chris (strange Name, right?) showed up wearing a dress too. Deacon Chris had Mommy, Daddy, Don Eugene (the Godfather), Aunt Ali (the Godmother), and I come up and this platform and stand around some sort of fancy Jacuzzi or something and he gave me ANOTHER bath without even taking the dress off. Then he rubbed my head with some kind of oil and told me that it would let Jesus know that I was in his fan club so he could watch my back if any sort of trouble was brewing. So I guess that means that I have a kind of a "Jesus Shield" working for me, which is pretty sweet when you think about it. After the Christening we went to Don Eugene's house to party down. It was a great party, it was really nice to just relax with all my adoring fans and spend time by the pool. There was a lot of great food and drinks, except for this really disgusting orange paste that Mommy made me try ( I did not like it at all). The party was so fun that I conked out for a couple of hours, but not before I got to see Don Eugene and Daddy (who must of had a few too many cocktails) start drinking from their shoes. Five Months and Counting!

Who knew that five months could pass so quickly? Honestly, where did the time go? I have been so busy since my hollywood debut that I haven't stopped moving since. These little gams are getting a workout. I went to my personal trainer yesterday and found out I am bulking up at record paces. I am officially 12 lbs 10oz and am 25 1/2 in. long. That's a long way from the peanut I once was. That's almost gargantuan! Let me just say this workout plan has the chicks going wild for me. I just flash my baby blues and smile, that's all it takes. Who said you need cheesy pick up lines to win the hearts of the ladies? I have to say though, these past five months have been unbelievable. I have so many good memories and so many great people around me. I mean, how could you not want to be around me? I'm a super star! Well boys and girls, this super star is ready to hit the sack! Mommy and I are pooped and even Romeo is a little worse for the wear tonight. I will catch you all up on my fast paced life very soon. Keep tuning in for some more fun!
